RE:RE:Re: PVG a takeout targetI'm with you Allenbow. If you read the posted scenario for a takeout posted today the predicted market cap at a takeout level was a litle better than $2 Billion. That is where the market cap is as of today. So far no outsider has announced having a 10% interest in the company ( a necessary disclosure).  
As the market cap increases the cost of acquiisition increases quite rapidly and a twenty per cent premium at $12.00 per share would be nothing comared to the premium at $25 which I think is a minimum price once production has proven the feasibility numbers.
By the way, there are some current pictures of the construction progress on the Pretium website under the photo gallery. Things appear to be moving right along.
