RE:Called and had a chat with IR...

RE:Called and had a chat with IR...Me too i would like to pay the transactions through shares since cash is used to get leverage credit for LND to keep growing. The company probably would issue a share buy back in the qtrs to come to counter balance the dilution. It would make the 16% dilution even lower. RBP would be accretive right away and hopefully generate enough cash by the end of this year if my calculation is right enough cash flow in order for LND to be growth sustainable. The goal is to have 12 millions of free cash flow per year and we are really closed to that amount with the acquisition of RBP.
