RE:NEWS TODAY.NR summary in my view is they are continuing to finalize the Oilsol partnership. To do this, they need to reduce the Par Value. Do not confuse this with market value as this does not affect the actual market price or what is usually called share price (SP). The Par Value reduction is probably for registration or account purposes and is really not important. Many companies do not even have Par Values, but if they are required by regulations in which they operate, they are normally a very low value - like 1 or even 0.5 cent per share. More importantly in this NR is word of progress in Kazakhstan. This a big deal and will make for a very bright future. This is where we start to see the benefit of the Oilsol partnership. You can see by the 3D seismic program, that they are very focused on growth in Kazakhstan. Lastly, they're still trying to work out a deal in the heavily bureaucratic land that is Tajikistan. It is a tough place to do business, but the juice could be worth the squeeze if we ever get there. Anyway, that's my understanding for what it's worth.
