BIG SHARE STAKE - VS - COMMON SHARE STAKE

BIG SHARE STAKE - VS - COMMON SHARE STAKEI remember awhile back - we shareholders were chatting up a storm about what percentage
of shares are owned by common - vs - big interests -

I recall.... i was thinking along the lines of - maybe we'll see some larger volume in trading - upon reaching that median price buy in .... .07 - now - ,70 cents....

I do see a flirting manner of trading - going on.... its almost like - it achieves .70 cents - shows .75 - then backs off - almost fearful - as if its tampering with a mountainous amunt f shares that make break the levy - and cause a flood of some sort.... lol

But... it hasn't happened - the flood of trading - that is...

So, what if there's no flood in trading from the commn holders - then perhaps it could be whart we were all talking about before - that there's a possibility of hardly any common share holders - and moreso - larger interests.... ?

If we look towards the clues - i honestly think if we all chipped in in knowledge - we could figure this out...

CLUES ?

1 - Who was involved with a large percentage of shares - while funding the company in 2014?

2 - Who was the main large share holder in 2014 - outside the company - and inside the company ?

3 - Who was the funder in financing back in 2015 just before Integrity ?

4 - Then who has shares in the company from with inside the company and on the board ?

5-  PDS ?

6 - Cannacord ?

 7 - Global ?

8 - I think i read in the latest Corp presentation - Integrity has a percentage ownership - 11% please forgive me if i've misquoted - and please do correct me if this figure is incorrect...

9 - How about before pyd was created - while in transition of consolodating

10 - Competition infilterd ?  Who knows - but given the fierce + negative opposition - its hard not to think this way.... and if ever a competitor was holding shares - it could still be a form of share ownership - amongst a few other things.. grrr !

So, I cannot dismiss such a notion f thought given the negative attacks on this board ever since last year - till current - all the dlams and timing of slams.... news releases.  Now imagine if pyd ever did achieve the dollar price - i did ask the board what they thought - if pyd ever did a smaller amount of share offering - to really jump start the slot machines... after all - thats when yoy want a company to do a share offering.. when the stock is worth a value... when you see a company reallt excel - so in my opinion - i think i would agree to a small share offering - cap it at 40mm - and id love to see pyd snag a really great contract - and a one time more share offering - to boolster this company up and away - and in a league where they are really raking in the revenues....

So - if there's hardly any trade volume - at .70 cents - the median buy in price - and even after the roller - then????? Could it be plausable that there was never really any smaller share holders from the get go ?  And moreso - bigger players holding the majority of shares ?

I'm beginning to think so..... Given from what i'm seeing in trade action... and for example.... Cannacord scooping up tons.... and though they do sell frm time to time - i think  theres more bigger player- holders - retaining than selling...  So i call upon River - to supply the board with those stats - of how many shares sold per month and what share structure and ownership the group or person has or borker has traded... I don;'t have one of those fancy trading stat accounts.. I dont trade like others ...

Yes.. Roy.... I would agree with you....

And a big Hello to Honda.... Good to see you post on the board.... Cheers, big guy... !
