These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:Was in HBC store in OttawaHaven't been to the one in Ottawa.  But just thought I would note that I've been vacationing around Germany for the past few weeks and their Galleria Kaufhof locations are prime real estate in really high traffic areas.  I was quite surprised.  So far I've only seen the stores in Munich, Berlin, Nuremberg and Frankfurt.  If the locations in Beligium and Netherlands are the same than this is a big positive.
