Going to Need More than One Customer Announcement…

Going to Need More than One Customer Announcement…Bailed on this name before Christmas last year and the hopeful story hasn`t changed and the stock continues to not be able to find a bid. This stock is nothing but a lottery ticket that if you hold it you just are going to continue to get diluted as they continue to burn cash.

This was supposed to begin significant ramp year for Versapay  and ARC but the Teradatum announcement was the first client announcement since the first half of April.

Based on Thomson Reuters Report paying 5.7x sales for a company that just grew revenue only 17% YoY while EBITDA loss expanding to 96% of total sales is just not for me.

The kicker is that the CEO was on BNN and still wouldn`t even give a date for EBITDA positive.  Will continue to burn through cash and dilute shareholders to the point where even if the business takes off the EPS growth won`t be enough given the outstanding share count.
