Companies have been breaching contracts with Orbite for years. I have yet to hear of any of these contractors being forced to pay penalties for causing delays due to not delivering or doing the work on time. In recent months after Orbite's VP announced production now we learned a supplier held back delivery of major material which caused further delays. What happened to that supplier. This is Quebec Sir. Construction companies are linked to.....you guess? Only a fool will rely on signed contracts. Orbite has been at the mercy of contractors for years. LOL LOL
