The issue would not have happen if CUS deal wasn't in the works. There debt has been going down significantly every since the cut the dividend. They was a point when they had 10 straight quarters of profit. They would only need the money if they were going to acquire assets. It is better to have interest payments as they can be written off. You can't write off dividends. Honestly I don't think they will do a share buy back either because they are going to go after CUS assets either through direct purchase or bidding for it in auction. All options have to be exhausted and the share value around $10 for them to consider a share buy back. Lots of things can happen before that time comes. Luc wants this company badly for many reasons that we don't see.
