The product is approved in the European Union due to the CE mark approval last month back. They have to buy the product than will start treating patience with it as soon as they start treating patience they will have to buy more products (the disposable part) from profound as its a great Revenue stream: 1 is the machine which they buy on the onset, 2 is the disposable part which they have to continually buy. Profound is also on the verge if getting health Canada license to start selling in Canada and next year FDA to sell in the US. Lots of potential for this little company...
