I know that before the change of government, it was suicide for an applicant to broadcast anything relative to acting as though they were licensed. Obviously, this changed for Fowler is certainly out there. Wish them the best.
Uhh they do have a license, its a production license under the MMPR. it will be a sales license soon enough and all their harvest is already sold out to other LP's under wholesale agreements
