At these levels it is difficult for any penny stock to raise capital.  Zecotek generated 1.5 milliion from the last PP but at the current burn rate Farouk will be passing the cap again in 3 months.  A reverse split is a possiblity.  I've never seen a price appreciation follow a reverse split on a penny stock but i'm sure it happens, sometimes.
And regarding the announced fact of 60 cent within days from the board expect Ricky.  He fails to mention that the last PP was issued at 0.30 cents which came with 5.4 million warrants at 0.43 cents. that mean 10.8 milion shares to break through on any possitive news.
