For the last time, low volume at times like these is a GOOD thing, its called consolidation, everyone has loaded up on shares already, nobody is selling and everyone is holding waiting for news to drop.

That's definitely one way of looking at it.

It could also mean that no one is willing to buy...

Thats what I said, everyone has loaded up already and many at a much higher price than current SP, dont forget the last high volume day we had recently where millions of shares were bought at a VWAP of 0.26, and most of them have held on awaiting news as you can see from the low volume after the last spike

I agree, at least the chart formation is called a consolidaiton
at it is tight, and waiting

What is 'Consolidation'

Consolidation, in technical analysis, is the movement of an asset's price within a well-defined pattern or barrier of trading levels. Consolidation is generally regarded as a period of indecision, which ends when the price of the asset breaks beyond the restrictive barriers. Periods of consolidation can be found in charts covering any time interval (i.e. hours, days, etc.), and these periods can last for minutes, days, months or even years. Lengthy periods of consolidation are often known as a base.
