Debtholders are in control, and while everyone seems to think that the best route for them is to keep the Company as a going concern, I would think that if they actually took control of the Company through a debt to equity conversion, they could put in place a competent management team and reap any future reward associate with rising oil prices. Of course that would say bye bye to the existing shareholders.. I still bet on the SP going to 0 within a month.
