With a  "Remain" vote, perhaps IT management would opt not to sell, cross-list on the LSE and hire a new european CEO and CFO? These guys are big shareholders themselves and have made share purchases above the current sp. I think the uncertainty surrounding a "Leave" vote would be incentive for them want to sell the company and be done with it, but who would be buying and how would a brexit affect the sale? I'm not sure which outcome I would actually prefer. GLTA
