I'm not sure if anyone noticed but Zimtu sold off more on Monday. Something is up.
Stockstar,
Stop worrying about an entity like Zimtu selling. These types of outfits are not respected nor taken serious within the more serious investment community. Everyone worth anything knows what we know about these types of companies and most of us knew this from the beginning.
Zimtu and its primary business hierarchy is simply a penny stock scalping machine. It is a small-time, short-term oriented business model that doesn't build companies for long-term success, but sell's cheap tradable share offerings/PP to harness gains for mire penny's and quick returns.
On the other hand, you should be concerned when or if you see Chris Harris, Kyler Hardy or any number of company related personnel unloading shares. Of course that would mean we actually had a share price rise which hasn't happened and any such rise is looking further and further off in the distance.
Of course there are a multitude of other red flags that you must watch and be aware of.
I do agree that any selling is a concern and Zimtu selling in mass is not a surprise necessarily, but it is a concern that even they are willing to sell at such a low price.
Zimtu is clearly privy to insider information of the goings on of the company but is willing to sell shares at a ridiculously low price.
My first and only question would be “WHY”?
I'm pretty sure we're going to be seeing a lot less of the merry band of in-boxing pump-crew going forward because actually there are not many left now. My intuition tells me they are running very low on superficial over-hyped material to feed the masses.
