I don't think this is the end...I said it is round 2 of 5 rounds (maybe 3 as it is non-title bout) and we may still loose...ok too much UFC.

I think TBE's hand was forced by Banksters to enter into this aggreeement. Note not a single quote from managmenet like "this is a great deal and stakeholders should vote YES".

I think this is a ploy to buy more time and maybe just maybe something better happens.

All the Alberta big boys were recently busy with the fires so didn't have time really to think about acquisitions. This sals is a give away and I would think some (Canadian) majors could step in to offer more than these guys did. 

Are the Purchasers Canadian for if not then I can see Investment Canada showing them the middle finger. It took IC 3 months to approve takeover of LRE and LRE had bigger debt than TBE.

Hold on for rounds 2 and 3 in this battle as I think this is far from over...
