RE:RE:RE:TD Comments On TBE DealScottie, you might be right that the stockholders may also vote down the deal. If it goes into backruptcy, yup it may not go into receivership. 

But, obviously there are no better deals on the table after 6 months and the lenders are really impatient. It does not appear that any lenders are willing to restructure debt. So, maybe there's along drawn out affair in backruptcy court that probably would lead to receivership.

It could be that oil is going up to $70 but after today, it doesn't look like it will be anytime soon. I don't think TBE has that long to wait.
