CPG, WCP, RRX or private equity all on the take over & acquisition buying spree?

Whitcap bought some of the Husky Saskatchewan assets, CPG has bought from LTS in the past and are likely eager to scoop up this $38M market cap company that has $3B in assets (repriced to firesale prices of $2.5B in March 2016)

I still think they will go up and survive, but I just don't see this being a 10X to 40x bagger short term - how do you justifya price of $1 to $4 like about 3 of you suggest?
