RE:I told you guys

RE:I told you guysBasher, that's why Twin Butte has a market cap of just $17.7M!!! on an offer on the commons at $22.3M!

The only question at this point is, do shareholders surrender to the foreign invasion or take up arms?  And why is $5M sitting on the table this weekend?  Was the bomb too shocking?  Well timed for sure.  That's the best the expert brokerages facilitating this sale came up with???

Call all the regulatory organisations and demand that TBE management be forced to present all offers as presented by the brokerage firms hired to find the best value for shareholders.

If nobody put the heat on these guys, this is just the beginning of a bad domino sequence.

Penn West set the bar.  If the current brokerage "experts" can't find value someone with deep pockets come in for the tiny $25M lifeline and hire the brokerage firm that delivered for Penn West.

Shareholder revolt starts here people.  I'll try to be a bystander because I have bashers on ignore and I can't respond to their lies, attacks and other anti-social and anti-shareholder behavior.

I can provide guidance as a long time self directed true "average joe" that has gone through many of these cycles and M&A time periods.  I understand how the market works and an I horrified seeing all of this. Deal closes Aug and remember assets were around $1B last year.

Let you voices be heard!  Don't follow the herd and get smart.

The wolves are there, you are vulnerables sheeps unless you see them and confront them as a group. Over to you other true shareholders (especially large ones!).
