RE:RE:RE:FTC Files Complaint on CUS/SPB Mergerbig bear... cus could make it on their own.. with the chemical productions.... where they went wrong was with the other thing they tried to build  spent 450 millions or more and sold for 75 millions that put them over the top with debts... they are making money with the chemicals just not enough to cover their past mistake... so unless they can write off the debt and start fresh... a bit like yellow media..... the operation makes money now that they wrote off all of their debts... just the poor stockholder got left with the debt and loss of the stocks....
