Article - Can Bombardier Crack Airbus-Boeing Duopoly?This is a great article (Part I) by Vinay Bhaskara in Airways Magazine about the prospect of the CS500 and whether it would crack the big duopoly. I agree that the Bomber doesn't have the funds yet to produce the CS500, but it's so important to their future and the longer the wait the more time they give Boeing and Airbus.

The Bombardier family really needs to separate Air from Rail and raise another few billion from the spin-off. I hope they were simply waiting to get their house in order for a flurry of new rail orders which will help them realize the full value of the Rail part of their business.
