Rick, is that you under a dfferent name?  I'm starting to think you work for the pumping firms that Zecotek hired....

Please explain how Phillips lost the lawsuit?

Zecotek payed its own lawyer fees following the "settlement"
St-Gobain continues to sell the offending crystals.
Court case ended 1.5 years ago. Yet the stock price is below 30 cents.  Zecotek are passing the hat to stay afloat. Doens't actually scream a win for Zecotek does it. What happened to the 200 to 400 millions settlement???
None of the majors, GE, Phillips, Seimens are using Zecotek crystals desptie claims by Zecotek that they are the best. Can Zecotek  even defend their IP?
