RE:From the first Q report I see it's business as usual for these knuckleheads.  Apparently they have a vast tool chest of things they can't do.
1. Engineer;
2.Communicate;
3.Find a Company that will let them use their well for testing;
4. PROTECT THEIR BONUSES AND SHAREHOLDER VALUE.

Where the heck is the Board of Directors and why aren't they firing each and everyone of these clowns?

I really wonder if anyone even shows up at work every day.  It must be terribly boring, sitting around, starring a few fittings on the floor and wishing that something would work.

I've never seen a company so ill equiped to try and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
