Ignorance is a fine answer but last I checked it is a FACT that Intermap mgmt do not run Airmap or the DRC and therefore they do not have the authority to begin the project. They have not delivered on a self imposed guesstimate, that's it. Reckless? Maybe, maybe not if you chose to acknowledge the scale of this initiative and the fact it's never been done before.
You are the one drawing conclusions from a distorted interpretation of cause and effect leading to non-negotiable short term expectations vs. value added inferences supported by logic and evidence, and account for a certain margain of error.

public/private investment, liability, geopolitical urgency and the vested interests of all known and speculated entities involved? You obviously know nothing of the RDC.
You know what... you are right. You go and add to your position. At the end of the day the biggest and most important fact is the company is insolvent. Worth less then before they announced this super contract. and has no results to show for apart from more even more debts and a lower SP.
You are ignoring all the signs of this one, I imagine most of you cannot even read/understand these contracts.
