Ulaanbaatar / The General Election Committee has announced a briefing and announced that the voter turnout on national level is 23.3 percent as of 12.00, June 29. In the capital city Ulaanbaatar, which accommodates the most number of voters have 18.29 percent voter turnout as of the same time, reports the Capital city election committee.
