the MM's held this chart n consolidation tightly and gave people lots of time to jump on board as they waited for the fundamentals, now get set for take off!!!!

I highly highly doubt we will see the 30's today. I don't even know if we'll see late 20's.   And I say this not because I don't think the SP SHOULD be in that range, but because Niko has a few more hurdles to go through before we see much going on.  Just gotta be patient

The only real hurdle now is DIAMOND, and it seems its getting wrapped up as well, as everything else has moved forward smoothly. Little bit more..lets see

wow there is hope for you yet... last time you said it was nothing... the question is how are they dealing with it... or how are they going to deal with it.... ?   It has to be dealt with to move forward...market hates this stuff...
 

it will be dealt with MONEY, which Niko has more than enough of ALREADY and plenty more coming in, expect this to be wrapped up quickly as everyone else is on board, at the end of the day Diamond just wants their money and are clearly not terminating the contract to go the other way

I think we will be surprised by end of day, anyway 20.5 getting cleaned and thin on ask until 22, lets see. People need time to digest this i guess but i see tons in the works and one little diamond cr4p to deal with where all they want is their $20m, hell if we get our Bangla money they can take 20m from that and everyone laughs on the way to the bank

Yes the claim is for just ONE 20 Mill... but why not do some DD and see what the agreement was with them when they gave the rig back...is there more oweing??   do you actaully know? have you read it?  with one statement by diamond IE we cancel the agreement . do you know how much NKO will owe... do you understand the default process?  the sp will be zero faster than you can hop from one patch of weed to the other... who do you think the market has us pegged at 20 cents... because there is zero risk?   do some DD and understand the stock you are playing with... the current market understands it you need to..

Yeah in worst case scenario we will owe 100-220m as stated in the NR,no need to fear monger. We have enough cash coming in to take care of that if it comes to it and lenders dont want interest for 2 more years
