RE:UHAK conspiracyToby was probably mildly interested in Uhak as a source of business for his residences, but only if he could pick it up for a buck or two. AFAIK, the KGIC founder Sung Sub Lim and a couple of other Koreans bought it. I'm guessing that (the new) KGIC somehow tricked them out of the debt during the ownership transfer.
