I was very confused initially as the ICP-MS is far more sensitive than 1000ppm, or 3N so I was unsure of what the issue was. Still disappointing that they didnt just send it to a lab with the proper quality assurance standards, another unnecessary delay that could have been prevented with better planning. Its also preplexing that it took over a month to get results this amorphous from a process that takes hours, not even days--let alone weeks. We really dont know any more than we did a month ago in any tangible way, still all speculation and opinion. Lets hope that the results were higher as you said, and that the final validation will confirm and we can move forward. IMHO there is no way Uragold (or whatever the new name will be) ever brings this to market, a buy out is the only logical conclusion to this story.
Actually at the AGM it seemed that the Pilot Plant was going ahead, this to me speaks as much as a high purity news release, so I think we do know more.
I also think that a single test lab result would not have nearly the effect of two separate test facilities in terms of confidence in investors.
It was not likely the testing that took the time, probably discussions on potential objections to an excessively high purity result and potential embarrassment around not having the appropriate standards in place. In the end it looks like the correct move has been made.
all my honest opinion.
