RE:BLATANTLY OBVIOUS!

RE:BLATANTLY OBVIOUS!Certainly Sciff and sailor8 are on the money, so to speak, with their analyses. EOM is win/win for us longs. Minesa cannot wait for arbitration to take its course, it will delay them years. No doubt they have already made an unacceptable offer that has been turned down. Try getting any information out of EOM, nobody is talking which is telling. I would not bet money on Santos compromising, I do not think he believes EOM will go through with arbitration considering the weak financial situation.

What does Santos have to lose if they do not win at arbitration? Not much, governments are never out of it as Gold Reserve found out in Venezuela. They just offer to partner up for a piece of the pie. That would be Minesa's worst nightmare. My best guess puts my money on Minesa making a reasonable offer sooner rather than later. Once the arbitration train leaves the stationing it cannot be stopped, it goes fully to the destination.
