52 million...

52 million...Couldn't help but notice that the average number of proxy votes are down by about 52 million from previous years! But what is really strange is that the approval ratings of the BOD members has actually gone up percentage wise!
As an example, in 2015 David Collyer got 101.7 million votes for (87.34%) and 14.7 million votes withheld (12.66%). But this year he received 61.8 million votes for (96.4%) and 2.3 million votes withheld (3.58%)!
