Boris is he the right man to run this company?
my guess is no ...this guy is to afraid to call back a shareholder in the company..

For me basically it comes down to this....does the person have the skill set to do the job effectively?

Shareholder value is one element....pride to step down is in play now!

I let other shareholders decide wheher Boris is capable of doing the job ...

..for me this company is just a trade and not a company to hold long term
