KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It has also acquired intellectual property interests, including a method for the direct reduction of chromite to metalized iron and chrome using natural gas. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

totally agree with you goodheart... the chances of the share price jumping from 9.00 to 72.00 (8x's) is pretty slim but to see our present sp of .03 elevating to .24 (8x's) is alot greater... recall freewest went for a buck a share... we have alot more to offer so even if we went to .60 with signing of FN and the go ahead with FDSI the ss would have to go up to 180.00 per share to have the same monetary gain.... I don't see how the ss is a benefit to the share holders who have stuck by kwg through thick and thin for the past years. ... Remember you can put a silk dress and purse on a pig but that doesn't change the fact that it is still a pig.
