RE:End of Month - June 2016 [ + 1st Half Results ]

RE:End of Month - June 2016 [ + 1st Half Results ]  I am in my seventh year of holding Focus . I bought my first shares , a pile , right near the all time high near $1.30 . I hung on and averaged all the way down because the management mostly financed the company by dressing up prospective properties and selling them at nice profits . Many financing shares have been issued since those days .  The one major complaint I have about the company is the lack of news . They can go months without saying anything of importance . The longest stretch was almost a year.   I was also disappointed the we were fleeced by the first engineering firm that did our prefeasability . Our management just laid back and took it and started all over with a new firm and wasted pretty well a whole year and instead of sueing the a$$ off the first firm , they did a financing to pay them . I think that was a red flag for many investors that out team can`t handle a big project and we have never recovered . Wheather you agree with me or not I think management owes something to long time holders who have believed in them and owe us a little more timely information .
