righand2 - I have been through this multiple times - you are greatly misinformed or biased. As a debenture holder why would I opt to buy "dropping" shares when I can cash out above even (1007/1000) then buy at the current rate or move my (cash) money elsewhere. There will be dilution but not on the scale some are subscribing to. Lets see where the SP goes before the conversion date. Even so, it's priced right for the current economic climate. I got in very cheap (current prices) and would buy more at 20-25 cents. I will agree with you that if you got in at the $1+ level it is a bit of a mess.
