RE:RE:This a new development?..if so can only mean up and away..Thank you for the info...interesting...yet all that aside I believe in doing my DD the new management led by Mr Haddad is very strong....having googled from the Argex site and for what it's worth could only find good things.
It certainly looks like they are moving the company forward...certainly not winding things down as we can see from the closing of the debenture financing.

There are obviously smarter and wealthier people than me who also believe such.

I don't believe they are going through this unaware of share structure etc....and I see the stock was a buck  couple years ago when everything was smooth....at these levels a turnaround can still give a nice boost to share price...

let's see what the plan is in the coming weeks...
