Cb-gold is the connection between BATERO GOLD and RED EAGLE.

so Batero Gold owns 83 Mio shares so about 25 % of the outstanding shares of CB gold, over 51% should be owned by RED EAGLE......interesting should be the possible JV in developing Vetas between BAT.V and RD.V, if you compare the market cap of 16 mil. Batero and 138 mil. Red Eagle.
