As for who knew or did not know that this merger deal was in trouble long ago, all anyone had to do was to read the Superior Year End financials to realize that Superior was having second thoughts about how they would be able to survive after the merger was completed. If you don't believe me, then read the Superior Year End Financials and MD&A!
Folks, Canexus is a broken company. The BV is actually less than ZERO, yet the management team was expecting over $6 million in Change of Control payments from the Merger. No wonder Doug, Noble13 and the rest of the boys are now mad!
