No input and no discussion as to what could be done and who could do something about this miserable situation. The easiest temporary solution would be for George Fleming to " loan " a tiny amount of the ezy money he received from VID , and once his " bandaid " of $170K has resulted in a positive spin for VID, then as recovery proceeds, he would get most, if not all of his donated money back. What an opportunity for Fleming to make up for his unprofessional actions that he admitted to the last few months before handing over the reins to Steve. The rest is History and now, when there should be so much discussion here, there is nadda nadda. So much for concerned Shareholders !!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't agree more that GF should pony up the $170k if he thinks he can save this thing.  But he won't - probably not one single nickel. In fact, he's looking to be paid...

As for board discussion, unfortunately there isn't much to say other than if you are going to contribute to Vidwrx Recovery Corp. - or not.  As I've said previously, I am not as big of a holder as others with only a few thousand dollars at stake and I will not be throwing a few more thousand in on a wing and a prayer and a stock consolidation so that I'll hopefully see some money out of this.  I view this as an expensive lesson in investing.  I am sorry for those that stand to lose a lot more than a couple thousand dollars.  That absolutely sucks.  I think we got conned into buying into a failing, poorly run company, disguised as successful turnaround candidate that waited far too long to make the changes necessary to right the ship and simply couldn't recover - but that's venture stocks for you.  Glorified gambling after all.

Cheers.
John.
