Follow up letter from George FlemingHello,
 
I wanted to remind you that tomorrow is the deadline for indicating whether you'll support the VidWrx recovery and restructuring plan.  Please respond to this email if you will participate, without providing a dollar commitment.
 
As of today I have heard from approximately 18 shareholders.  13 have indicated they support the plan and will participate and 3 support the plan but can't participate.  I believe there needs to be more than 16 who will support the plan financially for us to proceed.
