Yes roughly (4 to 1).  So right now it's about the same, but holders of the pre-con shares will get 1 TGH (Tornado) share for every 8 pre-con EIL share.  So as long as TGH doesn't trade at 0 cents, it's up.  I've no idea how Chemdog is getting 0.25 to 0.10.
