(And, pardon me, GoPats for clarifying your excellent post, by "They" you mean Getinge, who have had nothing but problems with the FDA in recent years, working on paying huge fines, reconstructing   manufacturing facilities, resolving quality of care issues, and coping with a consent decree problem. And, I agree that this would be a reason for Getinge to wait for TSO3 to complete this important extended claims process before moving on the company.)
