I do not understand.
I do not understand. I do not understand what is to happen to old share holders of LRE.
1. What is the value per share for the old shares?
2. How will the value of this share find its way into the owners hands?
3. Will there be an opportunity to own shares in the new company?
First time I have been invovled with a buyout so do not know what will transpire. Pleaes help me out.
