RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Well Harry Did you see the impact of submitting late q1 financials by 1 day eventhough nothing was changed? We literally dropped 3 dollars in stock price (NHC hit 6 a few months ago). Imagine if they dont get an acquistion? This will go to 50 cents. People just want NHC to do right and fulfill what they stated in their guidance.
If they dont acquire something (small or large) this will be bad news. They need to buy anything at this point to satisfy their promise and investors gitters.

2016 guidance indicated they would generate 45 million in Revenue by adding an accretive acquisition or acquisitions during Q1 and again within 60 days of the Q1 conferance call,,. At this late date, with a 90 day collection cycle it would be very difficult to see a scnerio that would generate those kind of #'s and I believe this has cast suspicions that the 2016 guidance might be in jeopardy,,.
Hence the sub $3.00 share price!!

we had board nominations
we had advance notice policy
we had a new chief acct. officer
we had our q1 financial
all this in the last 2 months.
Let mgmt execute. We earned $229 million in year 2015 for christ sake. Is there a problem here?
