2) No one ran this company into the ground but you pal, buck stops there, literally!!
3) You are offering to rescue the company??? How about just giving back what you took?
4) Only thing you are right about is "it should not have been allowed to happen"

Should be interesting to see what you creatively work out for yourself with InvesLogic, we will be watching.
