RE:RE:RE:RE:first big chain was the hardest......all four items passed.  Haven't posted for a while because this board is horrible now (except for a few good souls trying to bring good dd here) but I was at the agm.  There was some good discussion regarding the new auditor and the options.  Voting was carried out by show of hands (vs secret ballot) and I do not recall any votes against.
