SA's new subsidiary

SA's new subsidiarySo, let me take a shot at how this is going to unfold. This is just my guess. SA sells its Osisko Mining shares for $5 million plus, as long as the the market can absorb SA's 2.4 million+- shares. SA invests  $5 million in Sky Ridge, leaving enough cash in SA to pay SA's administration fees, management fees, service fees, salaries, etc. Now, Sky Ridge has cash to pay management fees, service fees, directors fees, finders fees, salaries, and fees and fees to JP and his buddies. Maybe some cash is actually spent on exploration in Japan. But, the important thing is the fees - fees from two sources now - fees from SA AND fees from Sky Ridge. Caveat emptor.
