RE:RE:RE:Can insiders subscribe to a private placementMaybe not related to the above, but what about the people working the drills and core shacks?  Are they allowed to buy stocks when they have advanced first hand knowledge of drilling results (assuming mineral is visible in the core samples).  Just something I was wondering.
