San DiegoI believe San Diego opened in April and will be reflected in Q1 (albeit a modest contribution). Another way to try to build revenue metrics might be by number of beds. As of Feb 29, 2016 they had 186 beds with 60 added in Q1 (San Diego) and 60 more to be added in Portland (to be reflected in Q2) with a year end target of 312
