why would you invest in this company?

why would you invest in this company?I was told about this company several months back by an advisor. I've been watching the share price and have been monitoring the news releases.

I would not invest in this company for three reasons:

1. China. A corrupt government that can cripple a business in a heart-beat.

3. No electric option product.
