Could we as shareholders take control? Could we combine our shares and hold over 50%? Yes I am desperate as we all are. I am sure there is someone out there that wants a shot a running this restructured company. I myself would contribute to anyone but George and his friends that just want start up money for their next scam.

I think George will run with our money again. He will simply state...oops guess it didn't work again..and then go pay his rent for a couple months and start the next swindle. We need him out. File bankruptcy protection with someone new in charge. We have a plan. We can use the plan set in place now. Someone has to be available in this economy that wants to take a shot with nothing to lose.
Again I would like some input on whether or not we can appoint a board if we hold a meeting. Can shareholders appoint anyone?Like a few of us? Even if they are not paid? Not like there is much to do but get rid of George. Then put an add out looking for someone who will be paid to take control. Stand together...form a group for discussions besides this forum. I would contribute to anyone but George...his ex-employees are right! He is a pathological liar. I know what the end will be if he gets more money.
Sorry if my message/questions are confusing as I am on my Cell phone and very busy today but figured I'd get the questions going. I would also like to share I hold 1million shares. Close to $40,000
